I provide structured, evidence‑based ADHD assessments for both adults and children, using validated tools and a clear, neuroaffirming approach. My work focuses on helping clients understand their ADHD profile in depth, with practical insights that support education, family life, workplace needs, and daily functioning.

Assessments include a detailed clinical interview, standardised measures, behavioural history, and a comprehensive written report designed to be useful for schools, employers, and onward referrals. I take a calm, supportive, identity‑first approach that centres the lived experience of neurodivergent people.

Post‑diagnostic guidance is included, offering practical strategies, signposting, and tailored recommendations. I also provide parent coaching and neurodivergent‑informed training for organisations.

I work with clients across Northern Ireland, the UK, Ireland, and internationally via secure online sessions.
