Dr Lauren Gray - Health Psychologist
I am Lauren, a neurodivergent Practitioner Health Psychologist registered with the Health Care
Professions Council (HPCP). I work with neurodivergent adults (16 years and above), including those late
diagnosed or self-identifying/diagnosed. I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent (autistic, ADHD,
AuDHD) adults navigating identity exploration, assessment, diagnosis, and burnout. I also have an interest
in supporting neurodivergent adults who are experiencing health-related challenges, such as reproductive
health conditions or symptoms, connective tissue disorders, and other physical health conditions or chronic
illness.
I work online and in person with adults who are neurodivergent or suspect that they may be
neurodivergent. In particular, I have an interest in working with adults who have received a late diagnosis
and are on the journey of identity exploration, including navigating masking and mental health difficulties
like anxiety and low mood, I also work with neurodivergent adults experiencing burnout and/or navigating
health-related challenges. I work as an independent Practitioner Psychologist within First Psychology
Scotland, offering online sessions within the UK and in-person sessions in Glasgow and the Scottish
Borders.
