Dr Bridge Lucey

I provide neuroaffirming therapy from my office in Dublin city center. I qualified with a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from Trinity College Dublin in 2018. Throughout my career, I have worked with people across many different services including hospitals, community mental health, college counselling and forensic settings.

I am particularly interested in working with later identified Autistic adults. Some of the issues I can help with are burnout prevention and recovery, developing strategies to improve mental health, working with interpersonal relationships and emotions, and support learning how to live in a more aligned and authentic way with your needs and values.
