I am an experienced AuDHD art-psychotherapist. I am an experienced trauma-informed therapist with a background in supporting individuals who have lived through overwhelming or destabilising experiences. My practice is grounded in compassion, safety, and collaboration.

I work extensively with neurodivergent people, including those who are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, or otherwise identifying as ND and those late identified neurodivergent adults. My approach honours sensory needs, communication differences, and the unique ways neurodivergent individuals process emotion and creativity.
