Welcome! I am a pediatric Occupational Therapist providing 100% virtual, caregiver-led coaching throughout Texas, Minnesota, and Utah. My practice, Life Beyond Limits, was founded on a simple principle: your child’s unique nervous system deserves to be understood, validated, and supported—never corrected or forced to comply.

Traditional clinic environments can sometimes add extra sensory stress to an already overwhelmed child. By working entirely online, we skip the stressful clinic commutes and partner together in the environment where your child feels safest and most authentic: your home.

I specialize in working alongside parents of neurodivergent, autistic, ADHD, and highly sensitive children to decode the root causes of daily distress, sensory overload, and executive function differences. Rather than trying to change who your child is, we collaborate to modify your everyday environments, reframe expectations, and build low-demand, practical routines that reduce friction and honor your child’s natural way of being.
