Hey, I’m Dezrika Ramsey, let me share a bit about myself so you can decide if I’m the right therapist for you.

I create a warm, collaborative space where deep thinkers, creatives, and neurodivergent adults can explore life’s uncertainties with curiosity and self-compassion. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from different therapeutic methods to meet your unique needs.

There are a couple of areas in which I have a special interest:

NAVIGATING LIFE WITH NEURODIVERGENCE
Living in a world that often feels overwhelming, fast-paced, and not built for the way you think can be exhausting. Maybe you’ve been told you’re “too sensitive,” “too much,” or “not enough.” Perhaps you struggle with self-doubt, masking, or feeling like you don’t quite fit in. Therapy can be a place to unlearn the narratives that no longer serve you and reconnect with who you truly are.
