Counsellor / Therapist

I am an AuDHD therapist dedicated to supporting both children and adults. My work is founded on true neurodivergent affirming practise, and supporting your individual needs and neurodivergence. Combining a Postgraduate Diploma in Autism & Neurodivergence with my own lived experience of late-diagnosis at age 50, I provide a safe, compassionate space for people to explore their own unique identities. I use a person-centred, creative approach, including therapy through play for children and tailored strategies for adults. We help to address your challenges, and build on strengths, together. We can work with anxiety, Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), and burnout. My mission is to help you to support yourself, and to feel empowered to ask for what you need, and start to understand who you, or your child, is, building acceptance, and understanding together.
