About Me

I’m an award-winning Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent adults, teenagers and children.

Although I’d spent many years working with neurodivergent clients, it wasn’t until I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 44 that so much of my own life finally made sense. Like many adults diagnosed later in life, I experienced the relief, grief and self-discovery that comes with seeing yourself through a new lens. That journey has given me a level of understanding and empathy that goes far beyond professional training alone.

Neurodivergence is also part of my family life. As the parent of two neurodivergent children, I understand the day-to-day realities of navigating education, emotional regulation, sensory differences, executive functioning challenges, masking, burnout and the ongoing process of advocating for the right support.

Over the years, I’ve helped neurodivergent clients with anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, burnout, emotional regulation difficulties, phobias, OCD, trauma, confidence issues, and the lasting impact of feeling misunderstood or spending years masking who they really are.

My approach is always neuro-affirmative. I see neurodivergence as a natural variation in how the brain works, not something that needs to be fixed.

No two people are the same, so therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Every session is tailored to the individual, adapting the therapy to fit the person rather than expecting the person to fit the therapy. My aim is to create a calm, accepting and collaborative space where you feel genuinely understood, respected and supported to make meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer appointments online throughout the UK and internationally, as well as face-to-face from my clinics in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire and Harley Street, London.
