If you’re here, you’ve probably been carrying more than most people realize.

You may appear capable or “put together” on the outside while feeling deeply exhausted from years of masking, perfectionism, and pushing past your limits just to function. You may be questioning whether you’re autistic, ADHD, or both—or processing a late diagnosis that brings relief, grief, anger, and clarity all at once.

These patterns were not personal failings. They were understandable adaptations to environments that were never designed for your nervous system.

I’m a licensed clinical therapist and late-diagnosed AuDHD (autistic & ADHD) adult. I provide neurodiversity-affirming support for neurodivergent adults, especially those navigating burnout, unmasking, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and the long-term impact of trying to appear “fine.” I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to this work, so you don’t need to explain yourself, justify your struggles, or perform neurotypicality here.

My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and grounded in the understanding that autism and ADHD are natural human variations rather than deficits to be fixed. I prioritize lived experience, context, and sustainability over pathologizing difference.

I offer support through both therapy and a growing library of neurodiversity-affirming psychoeducational courses. Therapy provides a relational space for integration, healing, and meaningful change, while my self-paced courses offer language, frameworks, and insight around identity, burnout, and long-standing patterns.

I am a private-pay, out-of-network provider. Many clients use out-of-network benefits or HSA/FSA, and limited reduced-rate spots are available.

I welcome clients of all identities and take an intersectional approach that recognizes how systemic oppression can intensify neurodivergent experiences. This work is about understanding your life in context and creating support that fits you, rather than forcing yourself to fit the world.

If you’re feeling exhausted, confused, or stuck after years of trying harder, you’re not alone. You deserve support where your neurodivergence is respected, your needs are taken seriously, and your voice matters.

There is another way forward—one that honors your nervous system and lived experience.

You’re welcome to reach out when you’re ready.
