I’m a coach working with neurodivergent people to build sustainable ways of living and working, where they truly feel they’re living to their full potential. I work with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and dyspraxia, and my approach fits well with other forms of neurodivergence too.

I’m ADHD, autistic and dyspraxic myself, so I understand both the real obstacles and the unique gifts of being a ‘neurocomplex’ human. I often work with people who were diagnosed later in life, or those who are wondering about ADHD or autism (or both).

Coaching with me is a compassionate space where we reimagine what’s possible when you when you understand your neurodivergence and live in a way that really suits you. In each session we co-create the agenda and move between deeper insights and practical structure. We find strategies and approaches that honour your unique strengths while addressing practical and emotional challenges along the way.

I specialise in executive functioning, masking/unmasking, energy management, and career development, as well as neurodivergent business coaching.
