Charlotte Hill - Coaching
My name is Charlotte Hill, and I coach neurodivergent adults. I’m based in Oakland, California, but exclusively coach clients via Zoom.
I work with adults who figured out they’re autistic, ADHD, or both later in life, often after years of looking “totally fine” from the outside while running on empty. Many of my clients are high-masking. They’re good at meeting other people’s expectations, but less sure of what they’d want if nobody were watching. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to work with me.
I can help with burnout recovery, understanding what masking costs you and where you can afford to drop it, reworking routines around your actual energy, identifying your sensory needs, and processing your neurodivergent identity.
If you work with me, you can expect a first session that dives straight into whatever’s top of mind for you. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and take place online. I prepare before each session using what you’ve shared, so you don’t have to re-explain yourself every time.
Prior to coaching, I was a political scientist and public policy analyst with a PhD from UC Berkeley. I’m currently completing an MA in Counseling at St. Mary’s College of California. (Note: coaching is not therapy, and I’m not yet a licensed counselor.) I also write about neurodivergence for ADDitude Magazine and on Medium.
