Many people come to therapy feeling like they don’t quite fit in. My goal is to make therapy fit you. With both clinical training and lived experience of neurodiversity, I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, build confidence, and feel more at ease being their authentic selves. Offering a space where your experiences and perspectives are understood and respected.

I offer evidence-based therapy tailored to your unique needs. I champion difference and neurodiversity as not something to be treated, but as experiences to be understood and supported. Instead we will focus on what brings you to therapy-anxiety, low self-esteem, or other challenges-so you can feel more confident and in control.

Reaching out to a therapist for the first time can feel a big step. You might share what feels stressful, patterns you’ve noticed, or what you hope to change. You’re welcome to message me with questions or a brief note — taking that first step is already part of the healing process.
