Cassie Roybal - MS, LPC - ND-Affirming Autism and ADHD Assessments for Adults

Hi, I’m Cassie, a late-diagnosed AuDHD licensed therapist in Colorado. I offer neurodiversity-affirming assessments for ADHD and Autism for adults—in person in Greenwood Village, CO or online across the state. After navigating diagnosis for my two kids and then for myself, I was left feeling underwhelmed and with more questions than I had answers. The standard diagnostic process is typically done from a limited and restricted understanding of what ADHD and Autism is and often does not consider lived experience. It can also take an inherently pathologizing view of neurodivergence and can feel cold, clinical, and impersonal. I was inspired to create a different type of assessment experience for adults looking to better understand themselves and explore formal diagnosis—one that draws on my own lived experience as an AuDHD person and my extensive research into neurodivergence and heavily prioritizes the lived experience of the person being assessed.

I offer a variety of assessment packages for those looking for confirmation of self-diagnosis, a better understanding of themselves, or formal diagnosis for medication management or workplace accommodations. I use a combination of self-screening tools, validated assessment measures (e.g. DIVA-5 or MIGDAS-2), and a thorough clinical and diagnostic interview to conduct assessments.
