If you’re an adult navigating ADHD, emotional overwhelm, or patterns that feel hard to shift, you’re not alone. Many people I work with are exploring ADHD later in life and trying to make sense of the emotional impact alongside everyday challenges.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you as an individual. I work pluralistically, which means I adapt how I work rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. For me, the work is about really getting to know you, understanding how ADHD shows up in your life, and supporting both your emotional wellbeing and practical change in a way that feels realistic and manageable.

Alongside counselling, I also offer ADHD-informed coaching. I’ve found that combining emotional support with practical strategies can be particularly helpful, as recognising ADHD in adulthood often brings up a lot of feelings as well as questions about how to move forward.

For times you feel stuck or overwhelmed, I also use a simple, ADHD-friendly framework called The Clear Forward Tools™. It’s designed to help you pause, make sense of what’s going on, and take small, manageable steps forward, without pressure or judgement.

In addition to one-to-one work, I also offer self-guided ADHD courses. These can support you in understanding patterns around things like emotional regulation, masking, time and organisation, and self-compassion, and can be used either on their own or alongside counselling or coaching.

I work online with clients across the UK and offer a calm, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace.
