I am a certified mentor through the Institute of Leadership in the UK. I am also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, the highest grade of member.
I have an MBA from Aberdeen Business School at Robert Gordon University and a Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma from the Council for Six Sigma Certification.
I am a certified coach through both my previous employers and independently through Corporate Coach U.
