Trauma Therapy for Neurodivergent Women with Caitlin Weese
If you’re always waiting for the other shoe to drop, worn out by people-pleasing and perfectionism, you don’t have to keep living this way.
I’m Caitlin Weese, a licensed clinical social worker in Maryland. I offer compassionate trauma therapy for neurodivergent women healing from childhood trauma and complex PTSD. I’ve spent my career helping women loosen the grip of complex PTSD and feel safe in their own lives again.
My work draws on EMDR, Internal Family Systems, nervous-system and polyvagal-informed regulation, and trauma-informed yoga. Together we work to let go of perfectionism, ease the pull to please everyone, and help you become the adult you needed when you were younger.
This is a space where you can stop bracing for the next thing and start living.
