Belong Within Therapy with Sabrina Bolin, AuDHD LMFT offering Relational and Embodied IFS Therapy for Individual Adults and Couples

My name is Sabrina Bolin, and I am a neurodivergent (AuDHD), multiracial (Vietnamese White), and queer (pansexual) Licensed and Marriage and Family Therapist who supports clients in-person in Los Angeles and via telehealth throughout the state of California.

I use a relational and embodied approach to IFS Therapy (Internal Family Systems) to support individual adults and couples to understand and embrace who they are so that they can feel more fully connected to themselves and with others in their lives. I am especially passionate about supporting clients who come to therapy navigating their identities as they seek a sense of belonging and more ease in their relationships, especially late-identified ADHD and AuDHDers who are reckoning with the grief and relief of their newly discovered identity.

My approach is trauma-informed, and I aim to be identity-affirming with a passion for supporting those whose neurodivergent identities intersect with other marginalized identities, including the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ / queer, and trans/gender expansive experience.

Integrating my training and experience with parts work, attachment principles, and somatic interventions, clients who come to me describe our work together as deeply comforting while offering new perspectives and understanding as their inner and outer relationships gently shift. I believe in collaborative therapy; we work as partners, drawing on both the innate wisdom within my clients and my professional expertise to create meaningful change.
