I am a Master’s-qualified Creative Arts Therapist and Professional Member of ANZACATA, practising through In the Making, a creative arts therapy practice in Wagga Wagga grounded in hands-on work. Sessions run for 60 minutes and centre on artmaking. Online sessions are available when suitable.

My practice is neurodivergent-affirming and non-directive. I welcome neurodivergent ways of being without pressure to mask, perform, or conform. I work alongside the person rather than directing the process. Sessions respond to what is present, with attention to pace, capacity, and consent. Creative processes are central, with conversation sitting alongside making. There is no expectation to explain experiences or work toward predetermined outcomes. Autonomy is supported through choice of materials, pacing, and participation.

The work operates within the scope of Creative Arts Therapy and maintains clear boundaries around suitability and fit. Services are not offered for children under 13, couples, or families. Diagnosis, assessment, crisis or emergency support, psychiatric or medical therapy, and trauma treatments outside Creative Arts Therapy are not provided. When needs fall beyond scope, alternative services may be suggested.
