I am a retired doctor and worked in the NHS for ten years before changing careers. My special interest areas include medical professionals, counselling trainees, whistleblowers, people experiencing bullying, and people with chronic pain or long-term health conditions.

I offer an individual approach to therapy, as every client is an individual with different ways of thinking and reacting to things. Different people seek counselling for different reasons. Perhaps you are feeling down or depressed or anxious. Perhaps you have a conflict you wish to resolve or an aspect of your life that you wish to change. I will not tell you what to do but I will offer you a non-judgemental space where you can explore the areas of your life which you choose to bring to our sessions and come to your own decisions in your own time. I may challenge some of your assumptions or perceptions on occasion, in order to deepen understanding and foster new insights. I will be guided by you as the expert on yourself. I offer a free introductory session so we can get to know each other a little and you can see if you think we might be a good “fit”.

My normal working days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during the day. Currently there is no scope for sessions outwith these times.

I am currently insured for working with clients in the UK and Ireland. I am often fully booked. Please check my website for current availability and prices http://www.deltatherapy.co.uk.
