Core Mission & Focus
The primary purpose of the organisation is providing a dedicated, congruent, and deeply understanding counselling support service specifically for neurodivergent AFAB women including individuals navigating ADHD and Autism).
A key focus of their practice includes supporting neurodivergent women through major life transitions. We emphasise how hormonal shifts—such as the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and menopause—can significantly intensify neurodivergent traits, and they offer tailored therapeutic spaces to safely navigate these intersectional experiences.
