Stephanie Stillman, Licensed Psychologist, Neurodiverse and LGBTQ affirming
Many of us struggle with identity, belonging, and adjusting to life events. You may feel stuck or overwhelmed with expectations. I am not here to tell you what to do. I guide you toward a life based on choice and self-acceptance. I work with all ages and specialize in neurodiversity, eating disorders, LGBTQ, anxiety, depression, and learning difficulties. I help parents balance their responsibilities and individual needs. Through the therapeutic relationship, we identify strengths and barriers in your life by setting healthy boundaries to build independence and self-acceptance.
I believe in creating a personalized plan aligned with your values. I bring kindness, compassion, and authenticity to every session as we find coping skills that work for you. I am always happy to hear about your special interests or passions and encourage self-expression and creativity. I also help kids and adults with executive functioning skills.
It can be hard to be vulnerable and ask for help. Reaching out is a commendable step and I am here to meet you where you are. Whether you are struggling with a mental health condition or a past or present life event, we will work together so you feel empowered and safe.
