I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) located in Spruce Grove, Alberta, and available online to clients all over Canada.
I bring curiosity, warmth, and, when it fits, a touch of dark humour to the therapy room. I believe that we all deserve compassion from ourselves, and that real growth usually starts with accepting the parts of yourself you’ve been trying to hide, not eliminating them.

I work with people who are tired of feeling there’s something wrong with them. That might mean you’ve been navigating life as a neurodivergent person in a world that wasn’t designed for you. It might mean you’ve been carrying the weight of a trauma history, or trying to make sense of who you are inside a culture that makes that complicated. Or it might just mean you’ve been working very hard to be a certain kind of person and it’s exhausting.

Whatever brings you here, I’ll approach your story with respect and genuine interest. Together, we’ll get curious about what matters most to you, explore what’s getting in the way, and figure out what it might look like to actually live by your own values instead of someone else’s idea of who you should be.

My approach is integrative and person-centred, grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I draw on parts work, somatic awareness, narrative approaches, and DBT skills depending on what fits you best. I’m LGBTQIA2S+ inclusive and neurodivergent-affirming. Free 15-minute consultations available.

50-minute sessions $165 CAD.
