Hello!
I work with neurodivergent teens and adults, parents of neurodivergent kids and people in neurodiverse relationships. I arrived at this focus through my own journey of exploring how to care for, affirm, collaborate with and advocate for my PDA child…And then realizing that many of her challenges are similar to those I have experienced, but for which no framework for describing my experience existed until relatively recently. I am committed to accompanying individuals and families as they feel out how to meet their unique needs in their relationships with others, themselves and their environments. I see relationships, including our therapeutic relationship, as central to healing, growth and identity. Because trauma is a function of the nervous system, I work with clients to explore their body-mind connection. However, self-determination is paramount. I see therapy participants as the experts on how to direct and adapt our work to meet their sensory and emotional needs.

Please feel free to schedule a call or zoom so we can get a sense of what it would be like to collaborate!
