In a world that is often overwhelming and isolating we have built an intentional space to pause, slow down, and get curious. Thoughtfully weaving together clinical knowledge, ancestral wisdom, liberation-oriented theory, lived experience (and so much more!) to heal, connect, and grow. None of us were created to do this alone. Lets grow together.

ash approaches therapeutic practice through a radical, trauma-informed lens that centers empathy, self-compassion, and anti-oppressiveness in approaching identity and growth within their affirming practice. With over a decade of experience in therapeutic art and group therapy with parents, pregnant and postpartum people, in addition to advocacy, activism, and community organizing centering LGBTQIA + disability issues – ash is thrilled to have opened their own solo practice, Cedar Moon Therapy and Somatics, in Evanston, IL
