Hello, I’m Lola. I’m a HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist and a neurodivergent practitioner. I offer a gentle, creative, neurodivergent-affirming space for children, teenagers, and adults who want support that honours who they are.
My approach doesn’t rely on talking. Talking can be part of it if and when it feels helpful, but we might also work through art-making, movement, sensory exploration, reflection, or quieter forms of expression. Any communication style or way of being is welcome.
I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent people; including those who are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or exploring their neurodivergence in their own way and language. I also work with people experiencing burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, identity shifts, chronic illness, disability, or those who have felt misunderstood or unsupported in more traditional therapy spaces.
My aim is to offer a space where you don’t have to mask, perform, or explain yourself, a space where you can simply arrive as you are, and where your ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating are understood rather than corrected.
Sessions are online (£60 for 50 minutes), and I also offer therapy in French and Italian. A free 15-minute introductory call is available so we can meet and see whether it feels like a good fit.
In-person sessions or home visits may sometimes be possible in South West London, depending on location and accessibility needs, and we can explore this together.
