My Approach
I believe that the world has given many of us messages, explicitly and implicitly, that our way of being is wrong. We’ve been made to feel broken, weird, unlovable, crazy, and too much.

Some of us have responded to this by trying to perform or fit ourselves into smaller boxes. Some of us have consumed therapy and self-help content to try and be “better.” Some of us have masked so much that we are not even sure who we are under that mask. Some of us have just tried our best to ignore the gnawing sense that we are wrong.
