I provide personalised and supportive ADHD coaching to adults and parents of children with ADHD, to help you achieve your goals, harness your ADHD strengths and overcome challenges. As a trained professional who understands the strengths and struggles of neurodivergence and ADHD, I will partner with you to develop strategies, skills, and habits that suit your unique brain. As a former mental health education consultant I take a brain-aware and strengths-based approach to coaching, providing my clients a safe and judgment-free zone.
