Anna Chapman, Neurodiversity Coach & Mentor
Hi, I’m Anna Chapman, a coach who supports late-diagnosed and self-identified autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults. I was diagnosed myself three years ago, and my intention is to offer the kind of support I wish I’d had at the time. I remember the roller coaster of relief and grief, the questioning of who I was, and the process of looking back at my life through a completely different lens. My work is grounded in kindness, curiosity and a neuro-affirming approach.
I am an Internationally Certified Results Coach and hold a Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching. I also bring my lived experience of being AuDHD and my love of research as a former biomedical scientist to my practice. I draw on current neurodiversity research and have supported clients through more than 100 coaching sessions.
My coaching is personalised rather than one-size-fits-all. Depending on what you need, we might explore your strengths and values, masking, sensory and emotional needs, executive functioning, energy, boundaries, self-advocacy, or practical strategies for everyday life.
I’m based in New Zealand and work with clients by phone or video call, including people in other time zones. Coaching sessions last up to 60 minutes. You don’t need to make eye contact, keep your camera on, answer quickly, or mask in our sessions.
I also offer a 45-minute complimentary introductory call where we can talk about what is going on for you, what you would like support with, and whether working together feels like a good fit. You’ll leave with one manageable next step you can try.
