Hi and welcome to my profile.

A little introduction to me- I am a fully Accredited IACP Counsellor-Psychotherapist who works with adults 18 years and over. I currently work with clients on an in-person basis only.
I formally discovered I am Autistic after both my children were assessed. I fully embrace being Neuro-Affirmative in both my professional life and in my parenting / personal life.

I am passionate about helping others on their journey, including late identified Autistics, adults exploring possible Neurodivergent identity and parents whose children may be pre and post assessment. I draw on my skills from my counselling & coaching qualifications to tailor sessions to meet my clients’ needs.

I offer a free initial 15 minute online consultation for clients to ensure they feel comfortable and to answer any questions regarding the service I provide. No GP referral is required for my service.

If a client decides to proceed with therapy, the first full consultation goes through paperwork and is a chance for the client to share their expectations of therapy and to see if my practice is good fit. Counselling sessions are charged at €80 each.

Receipts are issued which can be used to claim back from private health insurance providers. Each Health Insurance provider has various plans and policies and so I advise clients to check with their provider to ensure they are clear in exactly how much they can reclaim.
