As a late-diagnosed Autistic and ADHD adult myself, I get it, not just from training, but from living it.

For many late-identified neurodivergent adults, discovering what it truly means to be Autistic, ADHD, or PDA can be both liberating and overwhelming. Masking helped you survive, but now it may be keeping you from living authentically.

What I want you to know is that you are enough, exactly as you are. Our work together is about uncovering your needs, learning to communicate them clearly, and embracing the truth that your way of being isn’t broken, it’s simply different.
Whether you’re seeking individual support or relationship guidance, I create a space where you can show up as your true self. In individual sessions, I help late-identified AuDHD adults reconnect with their inner guidance and self-trust. In couple sessions, I support partners in understanding each other’s neurodivergent experiences so they can communicate with more honesty, compassion, and connection.

My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep belief that everyone’s experience is valid. I use a strengths-based, neuro-affirming lens to help you uncover your strengths, understand your challenges, and communicate your needs effectively.
You deserve to be understood, supported, and empowered to live authentically. Together, we’ll find your voice and make your unique experience known and respected.

Whether you’re looking for individual coaching, couples or family support, or a gentle, affirming Supported Self-Assessment to explore whether you’re Autistic or ADHD, I create a space where you can show up as your true self.
