Hello, my name is Ami and I am a fully qualified and experienced neuro- affirming Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I provide private counselling to adults over the age of 18 in Suffolk, and offer UK wide online.

My quiet office is located in Little Bealings, just outside of Woodbridge. There is ample free parking.

In my practise, I believe that every individual possess the strength to overcome their challenges. I work relationally, focussing on building a safe and trusting environment where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences together.

I work from an Integrative and relational framework, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to best meet your unique needs. Central to my work is the belief that the relationship between us is a powerful vehicle for change. I see human suffering holistically, taking into account both past and present experiences, and considering how they influence your daily life. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and more, I am here to listen, understand, and to support you.

My approach is calm, empathic, and grounded in honesty and authenticity. I prioritise creating a safe and supportive space where we can explore whatever may be troubling you. I work in a trauma-informed way, ensuring that safety is always at the forefront, and I take a mind-body approach, drawing on neuroscience to understand and connect the dots between mental health and physical well-being.

Ultimately, my goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood, so that we can work together towards healing and growth.
