Hi, I’m Mandy! I’m a neurodivergence-affirming mental health counselor (MS, LMHCA) providing culturally aware support through active listening, empathy, acceptance, and connection. I enjoy working with you to explore, validate, build confidence, problem-solve, advocate for yourself, improve self-esteem, and enhance your overall quality of life. My lived experiences shape my passion for helping others navigate their experiences related to autism, ADHD, AuDHD, self-identified neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, parenting neurodivergent kids, neurodivergent/diverse relationships, and gender divergence. During our first meeting, we’ll create a plan that fits your unique needs in a way that feels comfortable for you. Although I often use strengths-based, ACT, DBT, positive psychology, and motivational interviewing techniques, my main focus is person-centered—ready to follow my clients wherever they lead. I am LGBTQIA+-friendly and welcome clients aged 13 and up (younger for neurodivergent children only). I accept several health insurance plans and offer a reasonable sliding scale if needed.
