Spiritual companionship (also called spiritual direction) offers a supportive, non-judgmental, confidential space where you can ask deep questions, explore what you believe, reconnect to your story, and make meaning out of Big Life Stuff in a way that works for you and aligns with your values. I currently offer spiritual companionship services over video call, tarot readings via email, and have several meditative solo journaling games available to download for free on my website. I am queer, nonbinary, and neurodivergent, and my journey into embracing those identities has given me a lot of experience with contemplation, discernment, and learning how to listen for what’s true. I have a particular interest in working with fellow LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent folks, and people who have stepped (or are thinking about stepping) away from a spiritual tradition they found didn’t quite fit them.
