ADHD & AuDHD Coach & Mentor
Hey, I’m Janine.
I’m a coach, mentor, and thinking partner for AuDHD and ADHD adults navigating work and life in a world that often isn’t designed for their brains. I work primarily with late-diagnosed ADHD and AuDHD adults who want to:
– understand themselves better
– reduce burnout
– and find ways of living and working that actually fit their brain and body
Not in a “fix yourself” way. And not by pushing harder. We slow things down, look at what’s really going on — your energy, your patterns, your capacity — and figure out what might genuinely help.
I believe in:
– small, sustainable changes
– working with your nervous system
– tailoring coaching to you and where you are at right now
– looking at things holistically, from work and life, through to health and hormones and everything in between
– taking a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming approach
– building support around you (not expecting you to carry everything alone)
And yes — there’s usually some humour along the way. If we don’t laugh at least once, we’ve probably overcomplicated it!
A little about me…
Diagnosed at 45 with AuDHD, complex PTSD, and burnout after years of trying to “push through”, I know firsthand what it’s like to be capable, determined, and quietly exhausted. That lived experience shapes how I work — with honesty, practicality, and a strong focus on sustainability.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with a book, a puzzle, or out walking with my Doberman, Freya — who is very committed to reminding me about fresh air, rest, and taking breaks.
