Neurodivergent Tailored EMDR Intensives

Our EMDR intensives are a focused, down-to-earth way to work through trauma in a way that truly understands neurodivergence. As an AuDHD individual with PTSD myself, who is also doing my own work with a trusted EMDR therapist, I’ve walked this path and I’m committed to helping others. That’s why I’m on a mission to build a specialized lane for neurodivergent trauma specialists. These intensives are held in four-hour blocks over one to four days, depending on how many trauma targets you want to process. With my EMDRIA certification and nearing completion of my consultant hours, I provide a safe, affirming space—virtually or in person—to guide you through your trauma. We’ll work through anything you’re ready for, using a somatic approach to help you stay regulated throughout the process.
