If you’re a neurodivergent women who’s spent your life feeling like you were almost understood but never fully seen, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken. When you’re a woman, especially if you’re neurodivergent, you’ve had to learn to survive by overanalyzing, over-functioning, people pleasing, and masking. Maybe you’ve recently realized you’re autistic, ADHD, or both and are lost on how to navigate this new phase. Or maybe you’ve known you’re neurodivergent for a while but you’re still barely getting by and in need of support. My work is about helping you unlearn the shame, rebuild safety in your own body, and build a life where your needs are supported so you can thrive.

I myself am a late-diagnosed and high-masking woman and therapist. I grew up being identified as gifted but it wasn’t until my thirties that my ADHD and autism were identified. My therapeutic style is relational, emotionally attuned, and rooted in lived experience. I show up as my full self and hold space for the raw, nonlinear, and often overwhelming process of unmasking and reclaiming your life. If you’re navigating burnout, identity shifts, sensory chaos, or just trying to find a way to be you without apology, you’re not alone. You deserve to be in therapy with a therapist who gets it and I’d be honored to walk beside you on your journey. Visit my website to learn more or to schedule a free 15 minute consultation!
