I prioritise working collaboratively with clients to adjust therapeutic approaches and activities to work with their neurology, fluctuating energy, sensory profile and preferences. All therapy work is orientated towards embracing the complexity of neurodivergence and designing a life that supports wellbeing infused with self-compassion and self-understanding.

As a late-identified AuDHDer and Spoonie, I am passionate about providing tailored, neurodiversity affirming, and person-centred therapy to neurodivergent clients.

I love to draw on tools and skills from different approaches such as Bibliotherapy, Narrative Therapy, and other creative therapies. I also love to introduce lived experience developed resources and stay informed by advocate educators in the community.

This is a space where your passions, goals, and ways of being are welcomed and valued. Together, we’ll explore what supports you — not a one-size-fits-all approach, but something that truly fits your life. If you’re navigating the challenges of chronic health conditions or seeking to support your wellbeing as an Autistic person, we can work together to build tools that make sense for you — like pacing, energy management, and self-advocacy. You don’t have to figure it all out alone; I’m here to support you in finding your own way, with compassion and care.
