Anna - Therapist

Hi! I’m Anna, an AuDHD therapist who loves working with other AuDHDers. I am a nonbinary femme & love working with teens & young adults who are exploring their gender identity &/or sexual orientation! I specialize in the areas of attachment, complex, & religious trauma, eating disorders, fat liberation, & neurodivergence. I utilize somatic therapy to help clients build a relationship with their Bodies. Relational therapy is at the core of what I do – your autonomy matters! Humor & play is included in our work too. As someone who has sat on the other side of the couch, I believe healing is possible. You get to decide the pace we go at & I am here to earn your trust.
