Collaborative and empowering counselling, supporting neurodivergent professionals to thrive.

Hi, I’m Isabella, an autistic counsellor offering a compassionate space for neurodivergent adults to explore, heal, and thrive. Life can feel overwhelming when navigating a world that doesn’t always understand you. At Heart and Mind Therapies, I provide tailored, flexible therapy that adapts to your needs and celebrates your individuality. Therapy should feel safe and affirming—here, you’ll be met with understanding, not judgment. You deserve more than just surviving. You deserve to thrive.

You might be managing anxiety, depression, or burnout, feeling like you’re just surviving day to day. I understand because I’ve been there too. At Heart and Mind Therapies, my approach is different—no one-size-fits-all solutions, no rigid frameworks. Therapy should be flexible, adapting to your needs, celebrating your individuality. Together, we’ll dismantle harmful narratives, reconnect with your authentic self, and move towards a meaningful, fulfilling life.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

I believe you’re the expert in your own life. My role is to support and guide you as we explore your experiences and rediscover your strengths. Traditional therapy often overlooks the neurodivergent experience—I aim to change that. I integrate psychodynamic, humanistic, creative, and adapted CBT approaches, but what truly guides our work is you. Whether using storytelling, imagery, or exploring emotions and relationships in a way that resonates with you, therapy will be tailored to fit your needs.

Change can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. You deserve more than just getting by—you deserve to thrive.
