Hi, I’m Zoe. I help you understand how to work with your unique brain and I say unique because as much as we share a lot of similarities with neurodivergence, it is a spectrum. Your upbringing and surroundings also play a huge part in who you are and together we’ll get to know your brain better than ever, to have a happy and more fulfilled life.
Who’s it for? –
Anyone who feels like life is tough right now and seeking some support. Maybe you’ve read all the self-help articles out there, seen so many workshops (maybe even attended some) or are overwhelmed by the amount of information out there and aren’t sure what to do next?
I can work with you to manage burnout, RSD (Rejection sensitive dysphoria), achieving goals and ‘the boring adult stuff’, working with your ND (neurodivergence) and helping those newly diagnosed with the “Now what?” and how do we work with our brain?
Being AuDHD myself, I understand my clients and the struggles that ND can bring, but this isn’t a ‘me too’ or mentoring relationship. It’s working together to find out what YOU need and only you. Because as much as we have similarities, we’re also very different.
How it works –
We start off by having a free session together. I call this a ‘mind blurt’ session.
What’s a mind blurt? – It’s a session where we chat in a non-judgemental, confidential and safe space and you just get it all out. It’s a relaxed session, chatting about where you’re at in life just now, what you want to be and answering any questions you have.
It’s important that it’s a space you’re comfortable in. Feel free to not make eye contact, to stim, to fidget and just be you!
From there we see if coaching is right for you, if we’re a good fit and if we want to continue to the second session.

It’s not just a call; it’s –
Weekly or fortnightly 90-minute, 1 on 1 sessions. Flexible approach – If we start weekly and move to fortnightly, that’s fine and there might be some weeks are just don’t have the mental capacity to show up, just let me know and we’ll move it – No questions asked. I’m here to support you!
