I also recognize that autism and other forms of neurodivergence often go undiagnosed, especially in women, nonbinary individuals, and people from marginalized communities, due to outdated stereotypes and systemic barriers. My assessments consider these factors, ensuring a nuanced, culturally informed, and affirming approach.
