Dr. Rachel Steinberg - Clinical Psychologist

Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist based in the SF Bay Area. I am a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman who grew up in a family full of other neurodivergent individuals. Never formally assessed as a child, I first self-diagnosed and then decided to pursue a formal diagnosis. I found the process of formal diagnosis to be a validating, affirming, and cathartic experience. As a psychologist, I want to provide other individuals with the opportunity I had in being able to explore this part of themselves.

I am excited and honored to be on this journey with you. My hope is to support you as you take this step towards formal assessment and self-discovery. I truly believe that knowledge brings more self-compassion.
