I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals who are navigating the effects of difficult or overwhelming life experiences, including complex trauma. I help my clients manage the impact on their thoughts, emotions, and body – addressing anxiety, low mood, hypervigilance, self-criticism, relationship struggles, and attachment patterns. Many people I work with navigate the intersection of Autism, ADHD, AuDHD and adversity, addressing challenges like sensory overwhelm, burnout, masking, identity struggles, social anxiety, relationship difficulties, and the impact of bullying, rejection, or discrimination.

I also offer adult ADHD assessments in line with NHS guidelines, which are delivered with a compassionate, neurodivergent‑affirming approach. The whole process includes in‑depth interviews, informant reports, diagnostic formulation, and a detailed report you can use for work, study, or with your GP – plus post‑diagnostic support.

I work through the NHS and independently with both neurotypical and neurodivergent adult clients (18+). I am a neurodivergent, bilingual, BABCP accredited practitioner with 9 years of experience. I have specialised training in EMDR, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, and somatic approaches, which I integrate into my practice.

I offer weekly / fortnightly sessions, either in person (Inverness, Scotland) or remotely via video. Therapy can be short or long term, always goal-oriented, solution-focused, and led by your needs and priorities.
