My name is Kat Boczek. I offer person-centred counselling and psychotherapy online and in person in Edinburgh city centre. I work in English or Polish.

I work collaboratively with you to develop a personalised approach that fits your unique needs. I especially enjoy supporting individuals dealing with ADHD, Autism, navigating questions of identity and sexuality, or struggling with work stress and burnout. Whether you’re facing a difficult life situation or simply want to understand yourself better, I’m here to offer support and guidance.

In my practice, I create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your feelings and challenges at your own pace, without judgement. Whether you’re seeking clarity or coping tools, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey towards greater well-being.

I have experience working both in a time-limited short-term way and in offering longer-term therapy. Throughout my career, I’ve supported people with a wide range of challenges, working with NHS referrals, employment services, and the charity sector.

Neurodiversity Affirming: I’m committed to working with neurodivergent clients in a neurodivergence-affirming way, valuing their unique experiences and strengths.

Inclusive Practice: I create a safe and affirming space for LGBTQAI+ individuals and members of other marginalised communities.

I offer online sessions in English and Polish, with a free initial 20-minute consultation to discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit.
