Hey! Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, a Registered Drama Therapist, and as of early 2025 I will be a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

I believe the everyone, given the right circumstances, have within them the ability to heal and be well. I approach the therapist role as less of an “expert” and more of a capable emotional doula, accompanying you in your process of growth. With a warm smile and a ready laugh, I will be a mirror for the parts of you that are already resilient, healthy, and determined to thrive.

My practice is neurodivergent- and autistic-affirming, fat-positive, sex-positive, kink-positive, polyam-positive, and operates on body liberation , anti-capitalist, and pro-sex worker values.
