I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. I specialize in neurodivergence, specifically autism and ADHD, and I am dedicated to supporting clients of all ages in exploring and embracing their most authentic selves. Through play therapy, I connect with children, offering a safe space to explore emotions, build self-confidence, and develop healthier coping strategies. Whether you or your child is navigating the complexities of neurodivergence, seeking to strengthen self-esteem, or enhancing emotional regulation, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we can create a path toward greater resilience, well-being, and a more fulfilling life.

I believe that you know best what you need, and my role is to empower you to trust your intuition and lead the way in counseling. Using unconditional acceptance and empathy, I aim to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of and compassion for yourself. Our sessions may include emotional exploration, validation, and inner child work.

Building trust in counseling takes time, especially when it involves deep vulnerability, and I will always respect the pace you set. From personal experience, I understand how daunting it can be to seek support, and I want to congratulate you on taking this brave first step. I look forward to working with you and/or your child or teen!
