I’m an accredited counsellor and ADHD coach. With a professional background in NHS mental health services, I bring a compassionate, approachable, and down-to-earth perspective to therapy. In our work together, you can expect a safe, confidential space where your experiences are valued, your feelings are validated, and your voice is truly heard. I offer tailored support to help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and gain clarity, all at a pace that feels right for you. My focus is on fostering genuine connection and creating practical, meaningful changes that align with your goals and values.
I offer sessions online, face-to-face and by telephone.

My therapeutic approach is pluralistic, so your treatment will be tailored to your unique life experiences and goals.

During your initial assessment session, we will discuss the best therapeutic methods to suit your needs. I will work collaboratively with you to create a holistic treatment plan that’s shaped to your life experiences and goals. No two treatment plans are the same. Your way forward is unique to you.

Before setting up private practice in psychotherapy I worked in NHS Secondary Mental Health, supporting service users with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

I strive to accommodate sensory and communication preferences during our sessions, creating a more relaxed and comfortable therapeutic space. Stimming is welcomed, and fidget items and weighted blankets are available. Your preferences can be discussed when booking your initial assessment session.
