Yes burnout can come with exhaustion and having too much to do but it can also happen to people who work part time or not all, or people who are seemingly able to complete the daily tasks.

Here are some less obvious signs:
-Emotional exhaustion
-Trauma seems to affect you more
-More sensitive and irritable than usual
-Cynicism or resentment
-Frustration
-Brain fog and hard to focus
-Feeling like you aren’t achieving as much
-Depersonalisation
-Shorter temper and more callous
