Life can feel heavy when you always put others’ needs before your own or try to meet expectations that aren’t yours. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of who you are beyond these roles. You’re ready to discover what you truly want and need a supportive space to explore. I offer a place to unpack what’s weighing you down, reconnect with yourself, and find clarity. Perhaps you’re ready to break free from unhelpful patterns and build a life that reflects your values and aspirations. If you’re ready to step out of the ‘shoulds,’ embrace who you are, and take meaningful steps toward change, I’m here to guide and support you.

I take a collaborative & adaptable approach to therapy, combining practical tools with deeper exploration of patterns & emotions. I help clients with ADHD & supporting those who feel deeply and process the world emotionally improve communication, relationships, set boundaries, regulate emotions, reduce stress and find meaning.

I believe therapy is a sacred space for growth & the exploration of the mind. It takes willingness to be vulnerable and to share your thoughts & experiences. I strive to create a place where you can feel seen, heard, & supported. When you are ready to find out if we are a good fit then please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consult with me.
