I am an experienced counsellor specialising in supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients. I take a person-centred approach, which means that there is no formulating a treatment plan, no homework, no trying to ‘fix you’. I don’t think anyone is broken – we all do amazingly well considering what we’ve been through and where we are right now.

I’m here to offer you a space to be you, all of you, just as you are, without judgment. A chance to be heard, believed and valued. I believe that unconditional care is contagious… through others accepting us we can start to love ourselves more deeply too. And when someone takes the time to really get to know us, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves.

Many people find themselves let down by mental health services and not knowing where to turn. I am experienced in supporting individuals who have experience of trauma (including rape, domestic violence and sexual abuse), and those with a diagnosis of BPD. I am sex worker allied and kink aware.

I offer hour-long online counselling sessions using Zoom. You can choose between having a video or voice-only call, whichever feels most comfortable. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly and we don’t have to meet on the same day or time every week – I will do my best to fit in with your schedule.

If you are looking for a counsellor who takes a non-pathologising approach to difference and divergence, get in touch and we can arrange a free 15-minute intro session.
